Resumen:
Versatile alkyne-containing amino acids were usedas ambident precursors in the divergent synthesis of alkylidene lactones and1-pyrrolines. Two gold-catalyzed protocols were applied for the selectiveintramolecular O- and N-cycloisomerization.
