Resumen:
Thermoresponsive nanogels (NGs) with film formationability are a promising alternative for producingfilms/patches for transdermal delivery. In a previouspublication, we proposed the synthesis of bifunctionalNGs based on poly(N-vinylcaprolactam), PVCL, athermo-responsive polymer, and a copolymer rich onbutyl acrylate (BA), which promotes particlecoalescence (i.e., film formation)1. This system offersthe opportunity of combining both the high loadingcapacity of NGs and the delivery capability from a film, which could be previously obtained or directly formedonto the surface where the release is required (i.e., insitu formed). In the current work, the potentiality ofthe platform based on bifunctional NG for transdermalvaccination is presented.
