Resumen:
This workpresents the photocatalytic inactivation of Bacillus subtilis spores under UV-Aradiation over glass rings coated with TiO2 P-25. The thickness of the film andthe mass of TiO2 per cm2 of support was determined. Experimental results werefitted with an exponential first-order kinetic equation. Observableinactivation of B. subtilis spores was obtained when they were irradiated overglass rings with three coatings of TiO2 P-25 (k=0.14 h-1).
