Resumen:
This work presents the photocatalytic inactivation of Bacillus subtilis spores under UV-A radiation over glass rings coated with TiO2 P-25. The thickness of the film and the mass of TiO2 per cm2 of support was determined. Experimental results were fitted with an exponential first-order kinetic equation. Observable inactivation of B. subtilis spores was obtained when they were irradiated over glass rings with three coatings of TiO2 P-25 (k=0.14 h-1)
