Specifically, it is reported the creation of a productive entrepreneurship for fabrication and marketing of internal walls made of wood wool-cement composite using natural resources of the Littoral region and circumscribed to the building materials market of the Santa Fe - Paraná conglomerate. Strategies to transcend the imposed limited access to the local raw materials, the logistic costs of raw materials stocking and final product distribution and the local market saturation by various agreements for the use of the technology to construction companies located at different places of the country. This work, also includes a description of the initial entrepreneur group profile, the integration conditions to the CECOVI ?Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo para la Construcción y la Vivienda-, and the most important aspects of the achieved agreements between the entrepreneur group and the UTN FRSF, the profile of the resulting entrepreneurship, its financial needs, civil constructions, equipment and industrial services, human resources and the way of accessing to them. In addition, the conditions imposed by the market, different stages of the product development, production technology and first applications, competitive advantages against other existing products at the building market, first customers profile and licensee company profile of the technology out of the Littoral region are summarized. Finally, counterproductive aspects and disadvantages that hindered the entrepreneurship development from the legal, financial and technological view and their corresponding suggestions to avoid them are also listed.
