Resumen:
A chemical sensor configuration based in optical properties of nanostructured porous silicon microcavities is proposed. The system does not require any dispersive element such as a spectrometer; instead, the decorrelation between the optical responses of two optical microcavities is used. The design includes the use of a photovoltaic device with a spectral response tuned by depositing one of the porous silicon optical microcavity onto its surface. Results of simulations of the performance of the sensor are presented.
