Resumen:
The importance of cost-effective design of dynamic experiments for bioprocesses bearing in mind the distinctive objective of operating policy optimization is adressed by integrating models of different descriptive capabilities and data. A new strategy for model-based iterative design is proposed to speed up the scaling up process development for innovative products. The proposed approach is specially suited to account for model discrimination in the context of modeling for optimization.
