Resumen:
Within the priorities of fine chemistry and/or organic synthesis, it is important to find new reaction routes that are not only energy viable, but also environmentally friendly. The hydrogenation/isomerization/oxidation reactions of unsaturated alcohols are performed using mostly homogeneous catalysts that have shown a high efficiency and selectivity towards one or the other reaction product depending to a great extent on the catalyst used[1,2], However, its use entails high costs both in the synthesis of the same and in the process in general due to additional procedures for the recovery of the catalyst and/or reaction products, so it is relevant that the development of heterogeneous catalysts is easily recoverable, reusable, efficient and, at the same time, its use leads to an atomic economy, thus contributing to green chemistry
