Resumen:
In this talk, the main requirements of competitive membrane reactors will be presented. The catalysts needed for this purpose will be analyzed. The performance of the best combination of catalysts and reactors will be reported. A brief outlook of composite membranes being synthesized in our lab and elsewhere will be given. Finally, an overview of the present situation and trends will be discussed.
