Resumen:
The addition of Sn and In to Pt produces mainly geometric modifications of the metallic phase, an important decrease of the metallic particle sizes, and this fact would be the responsible for the higher yield to olefins, lower deactivation parameters and lower carbon formation. For PtSnGa/MgAl2O4, not only geometric but also electronic effects on the metallic phase would be present, which produce a very good behavior for the olefins production.
