Resumen:
In this work the formulation and application of a MILP model is presented to solve the problem of planning the weekly production of a numerical control lathe workshop dedicated to the manufacture of spare parts for agricultural machines that works under a Flexible Job Shop type system, and which in turn has limited labor force, with different capacities to operate the different highly complex lathes and to carry out the setup tasks in each one of them. The developed model is based on a basic formulation for the classical problem and the flexible adaptation to the different situations that may arise in different scheduling problems is shown. The application of the model to various scenarios is shown and the improvements arising from the analysis of the solutions are discussed.
