Resumen:
This paper presents a multi-period mathematical model that considers from the power resources available to the energy consumption of different markets, such as the case of transport market in order to facilitate modeling it is divided in gasoline and diesel, we presented the electricity market, which considers the state and residential consumption and the residential market which considers the consumption energy for heating in households. This model seeks to consider several of the uncertainties in the energy market, as source of uncertainty includes the price of fossil sources, the variation in the growth of demand and the variation in the availability of fossil resources. It seeks to make a strategic investment plan is robust enough to withstand the worst possibilities and even so to obtain the greatest benefit in the best locations. To accomplish this, a fuzzy model is performed and several techniques are applied to finally solve the problem.
