Resumen:
Supply chain (SC) management and evaluation are difficult tasks that involve multiple and heterogeneous actors (different enterprises, suppliers, customers, logistics providers) having distinct perceptions and understandings of a given SC. This contribution presents an ontology that is based on some of the main concepts of current SC reference models, which are extended, modified and formalized. The ontology allows the representation and analysis of the SC at different abstraction levels and the sharing of knowledge using a common language. This contribution focuses on SC performance assessment aspects. Concepts such as performance attributes, metrics, key performance indicators, benchmarks, as well as other assessment related notions, are formalized to ensure that they can be interpreted and implemented in the same way by the different SC actors.
