Resumen:
The biological systems are Complex Adaptive Systems (CAS) that can build a complex structure using interaction between cell and its environment. The process is called morphogenesis, and it is useful to determinate principles that could be a guide the creation of artificial CAS and to study the development and regeneration of Biological CAS. To model and simulate this systems ABM (Agent-Based Modeling) is used, however, it is necessary a language that permit modeling this systems to compare different models made by different authors. In previous works we have done a metamodel containing the relevant concept domains, in this paper we enlarge it and present an UML profile. Its design is detailed and, as applicationexample, the cardiac valve morphogenesis in vitro is modeled and simulated.
