During the execution plan in the Supply Chain (SC) problems occur having an impact on the performance because of the event management is a problem in this context that requires a solution with the goal of mitigate the event effect during the execution plan. In this work we propose a solution based on agent technology and in a novel way decompose the problem such as the system perform proactive control actions. This system has been defined as a collaborative inter-organizational information system and global behavior is obtained from the individual actions. To show our approach we develop an example illustrating the principal concept and how this decomposition and collaborative negotiations permit to find a solution to an exception.
