Resumen:
In recent years there have been attempts to integrate Social Network Analysis (SNA) to the various activities involved in Knowledge Management (KM). This integration seems natural under the conception that organizational knowledge management comprises a number of processes with high social content. The creation, distribution, storage and retrieval of knowledge require interactions not only between individuals but with knowledge objects and tasks in the organization. These interactions can be modeled and analyzed using Social Network Analysis tools. This article aims to analyze different perspectives from which such integration can be seen as well as the detection of future challenges in this field.
