Resumen:
In this work, a mixed integer linear programming formulation for the supply chain planning is presented which simultaneously take into account considerations of multiproduct batch production facilities. Usually supply chain planning models used to assume a constant performance of the involved plants and solve the problem at tactical decision level or medium-term planning model, where production targets and the material flows between the supply chain nodes are determined. However, supply chain decision levels have several interconnections which establish numerous tradeoffs between decisions in the different nodes of the supply chain. Therefore, in this article, different decisions are integrated in an overall model where tactical planning is jointly optimized with the production scheduling of the embedded plants in the supply chain through an operation mode based on mixed product campaigns of periodic execution. Thus different tradeoffs between tactical and operational decisions are simultaneously taken into account.
