Resumen:
We introduce the simultaneous use of both amplitude and phase objects to increase the security level in the validation process performed using a Joint Transform Correlator (JTC) architecture. In the recognition process with a JTC, the intensity of the correlation peaks is key to determine the correct validation. In our approach, phase objects are random phase masks, placed in contact with amplitude only objects at the input plane.
