Resumen:
We monitor bacterial spreading in time using dynamic laser speckle technique. An experimental set-up was designed and implemented in order to minimize the exposition time of the sample to the la-ser radiation. This schema allows widening the as-sessment of bacterial responses using biospeckle dy-namics as it makes possible an evaluation of the acceleration or delay, inactivation or stimulation of radial growth of bacterial cultures due to continuous or instantaneous illumination with laser light.
