Resumen:
In this paper we have measured the dielectric properties of water-satured cortical and trabecular bovine bones in native states from 80 to 1300MHz. We present a non invasive technique and compare it with invasive configurations. Measurements were made in time domain and data have been processed by System Identification. Data were also obtained in frequency domain as a validation process for the novel System Identification technique. We demonstrate clear evidence of a relaxation process near to 400MHz, which may be due to the movement of polar side chains of the collagen fibres.
