Resumen:
Unhealthy cerebral cortex cells can display strong synchronous bursting. To test the underlying correlation dynamics of the abnormal cells we estimate, in the framework of a perturbative expansion for short time windows, correlations across a population of neurons up to third order that are evaluated with/without the maximum entropy principle. We apply the current formalism to compare the evoked activity of the unhealthy tissue to the control one, allowing us to characterize within information geometry the structure and dynamics of the abnormal network.
