Resumen:
In this work, based on a multiwavelength study, we analyze the interstellar medium around the HII regions Sh2165 and Sh2166.Both HII regions are located at about 2.3 kpc, in the Perseus spiral arm, and are clearly detected in the optical and radio continuum images. They are partially bordered by photodissociation regions and molecular gas. Using infrared point source catalogs (IRAS, MSX and 2MASS) we searched for young stellar object (YSO) candidates. We found an extensive ongoing star formation in both regions.
