Resumen:
This book focuses on the value and utility of laboratory models in the study of foodborne infectious diseases. Animal and cellular models include mice, rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, nonhuman primates, birds, zebrafish, frogs, chicken embryo, fruit fly Drosophila melanogaster, nematode Caenorhabditis elegans, and waxworm Galleria mellonella.
