Resumen:
In this chapter a revision of literature on bacteriological degradation of Microcystins was performed. Methods of isolated bacterial were collected and the review of the kwnoledge of the subject was made including degradation mechanisms. Furthemore, we have exposed and advantages and disadvantages of biological methods and their potential application to water treatment biothechnology.
