Resumen:
Using an open conical kiln, we were able to produce several Kg of biochar with ahierarchical pore structure from micro to macropores and the composition usuallyobtained with more conventional methods. With this biochar, we were able to removecationic as well as anionic pollutants from water, requiring the removal of the later ahigher solid-to-liquid ratio in batch systems.
