Resumen:
The object of this paper was to formulate a two-pack wash primer for galvanized steel, employing aluminium phosphosilicate as active anticorrosive primer. The anticorrosive action of the primer was evaluated by a polarization test and the electrochemical noise technique. The adhesion of the primer was also evaluated by standard ASTM test method. The behaviour of the wash primer was compared with a similar one containing zinc chromate.
