Resumen:
Trying to explain the lost of corrositivity of the fungus H. resinae, comparative studies were made with two different carbon sources: glucose and national Jet A1. Previous results show difference in the protein expression of H.resinae cultures on both carbon sources. As regards to metallic attack, the fungus growth in the presence Al alloys either national Jet A1 produce a mild attack over the metal. In contrast, with the use of glucose, the fungus increase their growth, but without metal attack. Moreover, results obtained in the presence of some metal components of Al alloys (preferably Zn, Mg and Fe) cause a corrosive attack over this, more intense when carbon source used is Jet A1. This difference on the attack is due principally because for the microorganism is less hard to degrade glucose and supply their vital necessities. A H.resinae sample which cause aggressive corrosion on foreign fuel tanks were acquire. This sample is cultured lately without Al alloys was inhibited on their growth. As known, this fungus had a great adaptation behavior, so we did a comparative study of corrositivity and proteic profile between two aeronautical fuel, one from Argentina and the other national. The results show that H. resinae cause more aggression over Al alloys when is used national fuel and the most damage alloy on both fuels was AA 7075.
