Resumen:
With the purpose of evaluating PCBs concentration in air and their space-temporal distribution, a monitoring was carried out in the city of Bahía Blanca and the southwest region of Buenos Aires, using passive air samplers. The study was carried out in different sampling sites related to various activities and / or land use, and included 4 successive sampling periods carried out from the end of 2014 until the beginning of 2016. The obtained results showed the presence of PCBs in air samples of the study area, exhibiting space-temporal variations according to the activities and / or land use of the surroundings of each site, as well as the climatic variations typical of each sampling period.
