Resumen:
In sepsis caused by Gram-negative infections, endotoxin LPS induces an immunosuppression (IS) state in which IL-10 participates. Myeloid cells are a heterogeneous population that expands in pathological conditions. We aim was to evaluate the phenotypic and functional aspects of myeloid cells and its relationship with IL-10 for the understanding of the IS processes. For this, BALB /c wild type (WT) and IL-10 deficient (KO) mice were used. IS context was obtained with a regimen of increasing doses of LPS (0.25-10ug/mouse) for 10 days (WTIS and KOIS). Population determinations: flow cytometry. Respiratory burst: DHR. Proliferation assays: CFSE.
