Resumen:
In sepsis by Gram-negative, endotoxin -LPS- is capable of inducinga tolerance state to LPS (TOL), the initial step of immunosuppression, the main cause of death. We have previously demonstratedthat the TOL in absence of IL10 could improve innate immuneresponse mainly mediated by PMN recruitment. The aim of this workwas to evaluate the IL-10 effect on the recruitment of PLMCs withhigh levels of CD11b+/GR1+ and CD11b+/Ly6G+ in TOL. For this,BALB/c wild type(WT) and IL-10 deficient(KO) mice are used. TheTOL establishment is achieved with a regimen of increasing doses ofLPS (0.25-10ug/mouse) for 10 days. Glucocorticoids (GC) levels aremeasured by RIA. Flow cytometry was applied to measure PLMCs.During the establishment of TOL an increase in the percentage of recruitmentof PLMCs is shown, this increase is greater in KO: %cellsspleen:WT-TOL:10.99±1.24, KO-TOL:32.26±4.93*, *p
