Western dietary habits including high fat-industrialized foods are increasinglyrepresented in juvenile populations and constitute one ofthe factors that affect brain health, potentially leading to long lastingeffects. Adolescence, characterized by brain maturation and behavioralchanges, is particularly vulnerable to the environment.
