Resumen:
Semantic priming studies conducted with stimulirelated through equivalence class training withdifferent training structure has not been investigatedyet. The aim of this work was to find out whetherinter-group differences would be found during asemantic-priming task with stimuli related throughequivalence depending on the training structureemployed. 42 subjects were divided into threegroups. All of them received training in three threememberequivalences classes, each with a differenttraining structure: LS, OTM and MTO. Afterwards, allof them performed a semantic-priming task wheretrained and derived relations were tested. Intergroupdifferences were observed in the percentageof correct responses and in reaction times during thepriming task, being the former lower and the latterhigher for unrelated stimuli in the linear-seriesstructure. Training structure is postulated as apossible factor which modulates the performance ofsubjects during lexical tasks.
