Resumen:
Rhizospheric microbiome interactions are fundamental for plant growing and nutrient intake from soil environment. Understanding ecological process of bacterial community selection and assembly in crop rhizosphere is then critical for agriculture development. We used high throughput sequencing (HTS) of 16S rRNA pyrotags and over 800 isolates to characterize wheat and soybean rhizospheric and endophytic communities from 180 samples taken from 11 locations in Argentine Pampas.
