Resumen:
Se adjunta aquí copia e mail aceptación manuscrito y abstract a continuación.Dear Ruben,I am happy to inform you that your chapter has been accepted for the Delevoryas festschrift with revision.I am attaching here several Word documents.  The first one is the Review Sheet from the first reviewer.  The second one is my review. The third one is the corrected MS from the first reviewer, while the fourth one is the corrected MS from both reviewers; both of these use the "Changes traced" function in Word.  Since the fourth document is rather hard to read, I am attaching a fifth Word file called "All changes accepted" which has integrated all the changes suggested. The Word program that I am using is the German version, so please don´t be upset if you see Kommentar (=comment) and Gelöscht (=deleted).I will also send you in separate emails two chapters (as pdfs) from the latest book in the Life in the Past series published by Indiana University Press.  From the pdfs, you will be able to get an idea of the layout and formatting that IUP uses.I need your revised text and figures in electronic form.  It is important that the figures be ready for publication as is.  To this end, I will require high-resolution of the figures.  Since I know that you will need time to make the revisions to the figures, if you can hand me the finished text and figure files on a CD or DVD sometime during the congress in Bonn, that would be great.  However, if you wish to send everything to me by email beforehand, that would be fine, too.  You can send the files to me by email singly or in small groups, if the files become too large, as you did before.Looking forward to seeing you in Bonn, and thanks again for your contribution to Ted´s festschrift,CaroleDr. Carole GeeSenior Research AssociateSteinmann Institute, Division of Paleontology(formerly Institute of Paleontology)University of BonnNussallee 8D-53115 BonnGermanyTel.: (0228) 733063Fax: (0228) 733509email: cgee@uni-bonn.deAbstractCycads and bennettitaleans from Argentina are thoroughly reviewed in light of their fossil record and recent findings from a geographic and stratigraphic perspective. The past history of these groups is traced from their first appearance in the Triassic to the last record of cycads in the early Paleogene. Selected cycadophyte taxa have been particularly useful for interpreting their phylogenetic context and possible relationships with modern representatives. Bio-chronostratigraphical and paleoecological aspects are also considered which suggest that the biogeographical distribution of the cycadophytes was much farther poleward than previously thought, owing to greenhouse conditions prevailing during their time of occurrence in southern South America.
