Resumen:
170 bony artefacts from two archaeological sites of northern Tierra del Fuego (Argentina) related to pedestrian hunter-gatherers are analyzed All the artefacts were performed on guanaco (Lama guanicoe) long bones. The main features and some interpretations about the use of these artefacts are presented, considering their contextual provenance. Our hypothesis sustain that they were expedient artefacts or ?crushers? more than a particular technique to provoke a transversal fracture.
