Resumen:
In this work Manganeseoxidizing bacteria were isolated and identified from BioCIS-UNR® WaterTreatment Plants. Thereby, samples were collected, and specific culture media were used to perform the selection and isolation. The ability of Mn oxidation of selected isolates wasconfirmed by the Leucoberbelin blue assay. In addition, the isolates ofinterest were identified by molecular methods
