In this meeting we present our experience, as director, participator and mentors in the program: "Desarrollo de Carrera de Mujeres Investigadoras en Biomedicina - Apostando a la Innovación y al Trabajo Colaborativo en América Latina", supported by Regional University Chair UNESCO "Woman, Science and Technology in Latinamerica" and Fogarty Internacional Center, Nacional Institutes of Health (NIH), USA. The objective of this program was find, discuss and develop new resources and innovative strategies for the career development of latin american women researchers in the Health Field.
