Resumen:
There is a negative correlation between the evolutionary rate and conformational diversity, measured as the maximum root-mean-square deviation between two conformers, for human´s mono-domain proteins but this correlation disappear in multi-domain proteins. Conformational diversity can be an important factor in the modulation of evolution at domain level.
