Resumen:
We have carried out an RNAi based screen in transgenic ies to identify 2-oxoglutarate dependent dioxigenases involved in Drosophila growth control. We identied the gene OGFOD/sudestada (Sda) as a cardinal regulator of growth. We present here a phenotypic and molecular analysis of the eect of OGFOD loss of function in various Drosophila tissues.
