Resumen:
Epoxy resins are well established in a variety of applications. Lately, considerable attention has been devoted to the synthesis of fluorine-containing polymers. It is well known that the low surface energy of fluorinated species provides the migration driving force that increases air-polymer interface fluorine concentration. Since surface properties depend critically upon the surface structure and composition, the goal of most bulk modification is to get an specific surface characteristic.  On the other hand,  extensive literature deals with thermoplastic modified epoxy networks and porous polymers because of the extent of industrial applications. The aim of this work is to modify surface properties of a fluorinated epoxy-amine network by changing its topography. Surface morphology is modified by two different approaches. The first one is the thermoplastic addition, and the second one is using solvents.
