Resumen:
The phase separation process during the curing reaction of vinylester (VE) resin in the presence of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) acting as a low profile additive, was investigated by small angle laser scattering (SALS). The scattering intensities were analyzed using the Rayleigh-Debye-Gans (RDG) theory. The system can be successfully modeled as an arrangement of particles growing in size and number, and varying in composition.
